Bill and the crew of Exceptional Habitats
provided us with a wonderful new kitchen
for our vacation home in Arnold. He went
well beyond other contractors I interviewed
by suggesting improvements to the kitchen I
would never have thought of. One of our
biggest concerns was that we would not be
there on a day-to-day basis.

very easy to deal with and accomplished the work while we were working in the Bay
Area. This is a company you can trust with your possessions while you are not able to
be around every day. They stayed with the job until it was finished and have been there

Remodel and Deck Replacement
Our job was to remodel the first floor and to replace the entire deck of our newly
purchased vacation home in Arnold. The house is 20 years old and was not well
maintained. The first floor remodeling included a family room, bedroom, and full
bathroom. Bill was recommended among a number of contractors by a local business
in Arnold. After talking to them, it was obvious to us that he is the best. He had
excellent references and his estimate was much better than we expected. We,
therefore, decided to build a new detached two-car garage in addition to our original
plan.
During the construction he was just a phone call away, and we made a lot of exchanges
by e-mail. He kept us fully informed with his progress by e-mail and occasional
meetings on weekends. This was especially important to us as we do not live there
full-time. He completed the project within the budget and expected time-frame. His job
was simply outstanding, and we were completely satisfied with the quality and
materials he used. Definitely we will use him again when we have another project.
