Bill and Sandy Reed started Exceptional Habitats, Inc. in 1983 as a part-time
construction company in the Bay Area. William (Bill) Reed is the President and
licensed General Contractor. Sandy Reed is the Chief Financial Officer and
Secretary. Bill Reed III is the Vice President and Director of the Corporation.
Bill has been working in all areas of the construction industry for over 30 years. He
started his building career managing commercial construction projects for the Bell
System. Bill managed the construction of the AT&T Center in Pleasanton, which
was over 1,000,000 square feet of floor space.
Sandy worked for the Bell System for 24 years in various venues including office
administration, personnel, budgeting and supervisory capacities. She is also a
licensed Realtor ®, with Don Fry Realty in Arnold, as well as the President and
Founder of the National Association of Marketing Consultant, website
www.namc-connect.com.
Bill III has been working in the family business for 16 years. He is highly skilled in
all facets of construction and is a major asset to the corporation.
